How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note all products are MADE TO ORDER . Due to the handmade nature of products please allow at least 2-3 WEEKS for production (unless otherwise specified in the listing - i.e. "Pre-orders"). As each of our items are completely hand crafted just for you- there may be slight variations in each piece, however this makes each product unique. Every order is made and packaged with the utmost quality and love. Rush ordering is available along with upgrade for shipping (Priority & Express), please contact prior to purchasing.
Once your order is finished it will be packaged and sent out USPS First Class or USPS Parcel Select, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Shipping dates for orders exclude Sunday's and all holidays.
Domestic orders typically take around 2-5 business days to reach their destination, but are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delayed or late orders due to USPS. If you are in need of an order by a specific date please contact me before purchasing to ensure on time delivery. International shipments can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Please keep in mind once your package leaves the US it will not update on tracking until it arrives in your country. I am not responsible for delayed orders due to customs or taxes.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Absolutely, I ship worldwide! Your package will be sent out USPS First Class. Please keep in mind some countries do not scan the customs label on your package, so you may not be able to track it once it leaves the US. If you need signature confirmation, insurance, or to upgrade to express please contact me before placing your order for prices.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are interested in placing a custom order, or have any questions at all. Please use the contact form at the top right of the page.
Do you accept rush orders?
At this time I do! Please contact me via email or the contact form on the top right of this page with the items you need and the date you need them by. And where you are located (in US or international so I can estimate shipping time.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
